The Single Origin Etopia by Danesi Caffé has a complex aroma and a perfected taste. Floral notes, nuances of sweet apricot and vanilla flavors harmonize with a great overall picture. The taste is sweet and full. The mouthfeel is also very good thanks to the balanced, not too strong sweetness and the flavor of the vanilla. The consistency is creamy and soft.
The beans were grown at an altitude of 1900-2050 meters. It is the Arabica variety Kurume. When dried under the sun, the beans have been prepared very naturally.
Complex prepared for a great play of aromas
The beans come from the Sidamo region in Ethiopia, more precisely from the Bomb Mountains. The small farmers there grow the coffee beans at an altitude of around 2050 meters on a maximum of 3 hectares of land. When the beans are ripe, the farmers bring them to the Ayla washing station. There they are processed using alternative methods so that the beans can develop all their complex aromas and have sweet notes.
