A special mix

For the Toleyo, Coffee Circle uses various Arabica coffee beans from South America and Asia. The different varieties and different climatic conditions ensure a particularly multifaceted taste experience. The nutty-sweet aromas of Brazilian coffee are combined with the spicy, earthy and slightly smoky taste of coffee beans from Indonesia and Laos. The Toleyo is a real recommendation for everyone who likes it strong or who enjoys their coffee with milk or sugar. It is suitable for all common types of preparation such as fully automatic machines, filter coffee machines, manual filter methods, French press or AeroPress.

The origins of Toleyo

The Coffee Circle Toleyo is a blend, i.e. a mixture of coffee beans from different origins. In this case, the raw coffees used come from three cooperatives of coffee farmers from the Brazilian region of Minas Gerais, the Indonesian island of Sumatra and the Bolaven plateau in Laos. The coffee plants of different Arabica varieties all grow on slopes at altitudes between 1050 and 1200 meters. After harvesting, the coffee cherries are dry processed in various ways, which contributes to the intense taste and full body of the Toleyo.

Coffee Circle acts with special social awareness: In addition to the fair purchase price that the farmers and cooperatives receive, the Berlin roastery invests €1 in social projects in coffee regions in Africa and South America.
