With the Cezves from the Turkish quality manufacturer Soy from Istanbul, fine mocha can be enjoyed in its full spectrum of aromas. The handmade Ibriks are made of 1.5 mm thick copper. The exterior of the jugs has a hammered look and appears extremely noble, while the interior is coated with silver. Soy's Ibriks have already won top positions at barista world championships, including victories in 2012 and 2013.
