The filter coffee Paula's Sitio Estrella owes its name to Paula, who runs the coffee farm in Brazil together with her husband Fabricio Santini. The high-quality Arabica beans of the Yellow Catuai variety were carefully cultivated there. They were then processed naturally. More specifically, the coffee cherries grew at an altitude of 900 to 1,100 meters in the Sul de Minas region of Brazil.
