The Brazilian Toi Espresso is affectionately called the "Italian Style Espresso Blend" by the roasting company Seekind Coffee. The espresso consists of 70 % Arabica beans and 30 % Robusta beans. The Arabica beans were grown on the Sitio Corrego do Cavalo farm. The Robusta coffee beans were grown by Toi Nguyen from Vietnam on his Future Coffee Farm. Toi has made it its goal to grow the finest Robusta coffee beans. With a penchant for perfection and innovation, Toi continues to develop processes and revolutionizes Robusta cultivation.
Creamy texture and a great note of dark chocolate
The first-class quality of the coffee beans is reflected in the taste of the Brazilian Toi Espresso. The espresso has a very dark roast. Thanks to the Robusta beans, the texture of the espresso can be described as wonderfully creamy and melt-in-the-mouth. Notes of dark chocolate provide the tart sweetness of the espresso. The espresso can be prepared in a portafilter, in a stovetop pot or in a fully automatic coffee machine!
