The Top Decaf from Pellini consists of 100% Arabica beans. These originate from Central and South America and have a medium roast, making the beans very mild with less acidity. Slowly they were roasted by hand in the rotary drum. Taste-wise, Top Decaf is sweet with fruity and lingering flavors.
