The Nr. 1 Vellutato consists of 80 % Arabica beans and 20 % Robusta beans. The blend particularly impresses with its intense aroma and the spicy note in the aftertaste. The velvety crema is also particularly noteworthy. The bitter substances are removed from the coffee through a gentle roasting process in the rotary drum. This makes the Pellini Nr. 1 Vellutato harmoniously mild in taste. In addition, this roasting process allows the aromatic substances to develop very well and create an unmistakable taste experience.
