The Cremoso Nr. 46 from Pellini is a blend of 50 % Arabica beans and 50 % Robusta beans. The coffee is very mild, which makes it ideal as a breakfast coffee. It is roasted lighter than, for example, the Pellini Vivace, whereby its light roast ensures that it is not too strong, but nevertheless comes with a seductively harmonious aroma. The taste of Cremoso No. 46 is slightly sweet and the aroma very fine.
Perfect for fully automatic and portafilter machines
The beans selected for Cremoso Nr. 46 were gently roasted by hand in the rotary drum to a medium degree. This roasting process makes it possible to remove the bitter substances contained in the beans and thus make the coffee very smooth. The coffee also has a particularly fine grind, which is why it is perfectly suited for preparation in a fully automatic coffee machine or a portafilter.
