The Pellini Absolute capsules consist of 100 % fine, washed Arabica beans. Pellini uses for these capsules thereby Arabica beans from high-quality varieties that come from highland plantations in Africa and Central America. The taste is intense and persistent, the body round. Notes of hazelnuts and dark chocolate give the blend a pleasant sweetness. The beans were roasted at Pellini very gently and by hand, so that they give their bitter substances, while their flavors can develop intensively.
