The Passalacqua Harem is the top blend of the Italian roastery. This roast consists of 100 % selected, hand-picked Arabica beans from ten different countries of origin. These ten varieties give this coffee an exceptionally high quality. Rarities such as Jamaica Blue Mountain and Puerto Rico San Pedro are part of this exclusive blend. Jamaica Blue Mountain is one of the best coffees on the international market and shows the high level of quality at which the roastery operates. The coffee beans are washed before roasting and are then left to rest for a few days before being packed fresh in the appropriate aroma tin. The roasted beans are characterized by their slightly oily consistency, which occurs during the vigorous roasting. Such an oily consistency is a hallmark of many southern Italian roasts.
