The Harem is the top blend from the Italian roasting company Passalacqua. This roast consists of 100% ten types of exquisite, hand-picked Arabica beans. The beans, which come from ten different countries, give this coffee an extremely high quality. This blend is given exclusivity primarily by the Jamaica Blue Mountain and the Puerto Rico San Pedro. The Jamaica Blue Mountain is one of the most respected coffee varieties on the international coffee market and shows that the roaster works with high quality coffee and knows how to handle it. The coffee beans are washed before roasting and are allowed to rest for several days after the roasting process before they are packed in the aroma can for the customer. The roasted beans are characterized by their slightly oily consistency. This is created during the vigorous roasting and characterizes many southern Italian roasts.

The mixture smells very aromatic. The taste consists of notes of chocolate, characterized by hazelnuts, caramel, dried fruits and honey.
