Best growing conditions
The Rwanda Women's Coffee Project coffee is a single origin coffee grown near the small town of Karongi. There it grows at altitudes between 1800 and 2000 meters on rich volcanic soil in the best equatorial conditions. Lots of sun and regular fog allow the coffee plants to thrive and ensure high-quality coffee cherries.
Washed prepared Arabica beans
This coffee is made from washed, processed Arabica beans of the Bourbon variety. These develop a fresh and fruity aroma in the cup. The floral aroma is accompanied by notes of caramel, cocoa and red grapes. The Nord Coast Rwanda Women's Project coffee is suitable for preparation with the French press, the hand filter, or the classic filter coffee machine.
