Most espresso fans will probably like the Hirsch 6 from the Kaffeesack roastery. With 100 % Arabica beans from India and a medium degree of roasting, the roastery from the Black Forest has created an espresso that tastes wonderfully mild, with a fine sweetness and aromas reminiscent of peanut and maple syrup, as well as a fine spiciness of nutmeg. Whether pure or mixed with milk or milk alternatives to a creamy cappuccino or delicious latte macchiato - the Hirsch 6 is a good companion for the perfect start to the day. The already ground version is best suited for preparation in a portafilter with double-bottomed cream sieve or in the classic moka pot or stovetop jug.

Excellent roast

The Hirsch 6 is named after the location of the first Kaffeesack brewbar in the Black Forest region. The quality of the coffee served has meanwhile made the Brewbar something of a pilgrimage site for espresso fans in the region. With the Hirsch 6 Espresso, Kaffeesack also received the gold award in the tasting competition of the German Roasters' Guild 2021 - and rightly so!
