With the cafetto EVO® espresso machine cleaner you get the ultimate cleaner for your espresso machine. The package contains 18 x 5 g bags for cleaning your espresso machine and backwashing your brewing group. Consisting of a unique formula that dissolves quickly and can be rinsed freely, the espresso machine is thoroughly cleaned with cafetto's cleaner. Regular cleaning of the espresso machine ensures constant hygiene and an improved taste of your coffee. Easily remove coffee oils, coffee grounds and coffee stains with the cafetto EVO® espresso machine cleaner, where each bag is intended for one cleaning.

Odorless cleaning, for an excellent coffee aroma

The EVO® espresso machine cleaner from cafetto is free from genetically modified organisms, i.e. GMO-free. The cleaner is quickly degradable and free of phosphates and chlorine. Another clear advantage of the cleaner is that it is odourless. The bags are only suitable for single use. One pack is therefore suitable for 18 cleanings. When cleaning, please always pay attention to the warnings on the manufacturer's packaging and follow the enclosed instructions for cleaning.

How to backwash the brew group

1. Remove the filter from the portafilter and replace it with a dummy filter.

2. For daily cleaning, place 1 EVO bag in the portafilter and insert as if you were making espresso. If the machine is cleaned less often, use 2 EVO bags.

3. Start the cycle and let it run for 10 seconds to allow the cleaner to dissolve.

4. Stop cycle and leave on for 10 seconds.

5. Start and stop the cycle 4 more times - run for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds.

6. Remove the portafilter from the brew group and rinse it well under the jet of water from the brew group. Turn off.

7. Replace the portafilter with the blank filter, start and stop the cycle 10 times - run for 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds to ensure a thorough rinse. Remove blind filter and insert normal filter.

8. Brew a single espresso to refill the machine with water and discard.

Method of cleaning filters and portafilters:

1. Soak the portafilter and filter in 500 ml of hot water with 2 EVO® sachet packs for 10 minutes.

2. Rinse thoroughly under hot running water.
