The adventure of roasting coffee at home - and creating your favorite coffee

Various factors decide how perfect the coffee moment will be, such as the choice of beans, the chosen method of preparation, the quality of the water - but of course also the roasting of the coffee beans. As is well known, there is no arguing about taste, a flowery coffee has fans just as much as a typically dark, chocolaty espresso. With the BEEM coffee roaster, the real coffee fan can now become a master roaster at home and decide for themselves how the beans should be roasted! Become a coffee expert and simply take over the part of the coffee refinement yourself. Simple is the keyword with the coffee roaster - it is extremely easy to operate, making the roaster ideal for beginners and those who like to experiment.

Very easy to use - and individual settings

So that the "coffee roasting" adventure can start right away, the corresponding beans are available in our shop: Beem - raw coffee beans - Try Me . These must now be filled in. You can then choose between two degrees of roasting - Dark and Medium - depending on your individual preference. Once the degree of roasting has been selected, the roaster can be switched on.

The roasting results are consistent. Thanks to the interval roasting, the temperature is slowly increased in different stages. The cooldown phase follows each roasting process.

In addition to the easy control of the BEEM coffee roaster, the integrated bean skin container is also extremely practical. During the roasting phase, the skins are automatically separated from the coffee beans. This is then transported directly into the cuticle sieve. This eliminates the annoying sorting out after the roasting process.

Tip: Freshly roasted coffee beans give off some carbon dioxide. Therefore, the roasted coffee beans should be allowed to outgas for at least 48 hours after roasting.
