The Ascaso Steel Duo PID is a fully equipped machine for the home barista striving for perfection. The diverse setting options start with the electronic PID control, which allows the temperature to be regulated to an accuracy of up to 1 °C. The pre-infusion can also be regulated to a period of 0-5 seconds. The throughput time of the water during the extraction can be tracked on a display.

The dual-circuit system with two high-performance thermoblocks, one made of stainless steel and one made of aluminum, enables a quick heating time of just 6-8 minutes, as well as the simultaneous supply of brewing water and steam for fine-pored milk foam. The cup shelf with railing is equipped with a heater.
