Enthusiasm and passion were the essential driving forces behind the creation of the two Aromatico filter coffees EINS and ZWEI. Intensive as well as careful teamwork with a shared love of coffee have given rise to our new Single Origin Aromatico ZWEI. The result is a convincing taste experience: Fruity and harmonious at the same time. When opening the packaging, a pleasant mild scent with a hint of fruit flows towards you - this is the best way to describe the bouquet of the beans. The medium-strength filter coffee can be enjoyed neat or as a latte and is the ideal base for cold brew coffee on hot summer days.

A Single Origin from Colombia

The excellent and above all high-quality Arabica beans are pure variety and originate in Colombia. In the coffee country with the region of the coffee triangle, the coffee beans are grown in the high altitude regions and carefully harvested. The Colombian coffee beans have a pleasant fullness and a good balance between sweetness and acidity. Floral as well as fruity notes of berries make this particularly well-balanced filter coffee a real treat. Light citrus notes round out the overall velvety and smooth taste.

Tips for preparation

Freshly ground, the coffee beans develop a particularly tropical aroma. Due to the lighter roasting of the beans, the entire aroma spectrum of fruity and subtle acid notes unfolds especially when prepared in a hand filter or Chemex. We recommend a ratio of 6.0 g coffee to 100 ml water. Pure or as a latte, the Aromatico ZWEI can be enjoyed as desired. As a small tip for the particularly hot summer days: The filter coffee ZWEI, whether cooled with ice cubes or also prepared in the Dripster as Cold Brew, guarantees a welcome refreshment!.
