The Bio Decaffeinato espresso from the traditional roastery Alps Coffee Schreyögg also unfolds wonderful aromas in the decaffeinated version. For the blend, 90% Arabica beans are combined with 10% Robusta beans, resulting in an intense and full-bodied character. The taste of the organic decaffeinato is pleasantly mild. When preparing the espresso in the portafilter, it scores with a fine crema.
